Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for civil consultancies, structural works, and enabling packages on high-rise projects. You will drive tendering, vendor engagement, and commercial evaluation to secure best value while coordinating with Project Management, Design, Engineering, and Legal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 12 years of relevant procurement experience.
Experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of estimation, tendering, procurement and commercial evaluation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies for civil consultancies, structural works, and enabling works packages.
Coordinate with Project Management, Design, Engineering and other departments to identify procurement requirements, scope, and timelines.
Prepare and maintain procurement schedules aligned with project timelines.
Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and approval requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and prequalify consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and service providers.
Maintain a strong vendor database and ensure market coverage for procurement packages.
