Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in contracts and procurement within a large organization, preferably oil & gas.
Strong negotiation and contract preparation skills.
Understanding of regulations, legal terms, and compliance guidance.

Responsibilities

Review, analyse and advise on contracts, tenders and opportunities to align with policies and cost optimization.
Review changes and ensure compliance with centralized policies and DOA.
Coordinate with divisions on new frame agreements and provide records of discussions and actions.
Monitor tender/contract activities to maintain consistency and support governance.
Lead reviews for agreements, extensions and variations; oversee the GS&A approvals process.
Ensure correct issuance of certificates and release of performance guarantees.
Support preparation of MIS and progress reports for management.
