Job summary

ADNOC is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to provide expert guidance on contractual matters, negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and contractors, and ensure procurement policy compliance. You will support development and updates of contract templates and collaborate with Legal, Audit and Purchasing teams to drive smooth processes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 6 years of contract management experience, with strong negotiation,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
6 years of experience in contract management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of contract principles, practices, and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

Review tender documents, bids, proposals, and quotations for technical and commercial compliance.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and contractors.
Monitor performance of contracted parties to ensure compliance with contract specs and schedules.
Identify and resolve contractual issues, disputes, or claims.
Develop and update contract templates, forms, and procedures.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Purchasing, Legal, Audit) for smooth contract processes.
