Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a qualified contracts professional for on-site duties in Abu Dhabi. The role provides expert guidance on contractual matters, negotiation of terms, and alignment with procurement policies and procedures.

The candidate will review bids and proposals, monitor performance, and help update contract templates while engaging internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes. English fluency is required, Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 6 years of experience in contract management or procurement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and assess technical and commercial compliance.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Identify disputes and escalate as needed to resolve issues.
• Develop/update contract templates and procedures per policy.
• Conduct market research to identify suppliers and build relationships.
• Contribute to procurement strategy, plan, and budget alignment.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Legal, and Audit to streamline processes.
• Provide guidance and training on contractual matters.
