Job summary

Worley, a global professional services company in energy, chemicals and resources, seeks a Contract Manager for offshore detailed engineering projects in the UAE. You will oversee end-to-end administration of EPC contracts, ensure compliance with project strategies, and protect Worley’s commercial interests through engineering execution and close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in the relevant discipline from a recognized institute/university.
• 20+ years experience in the oil & gas industry on mega projects, GCC environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible HSSE leadership and champion project culture.
• Review, interpret, and administer EPC contract requirements and changes.
• Lead contract mobilization, administration, and governance across execution phases.
• Manage change, variation notices, and claims with internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain contract documentation, registers, and reporting to Owner/Client.
