Worley is seeking a senior project engineer in the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, to lead engineering and interaction with the Owner, EPC/FEED Contractor, and Vendors. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and cross-disciplinary coordination on large-scale oil and gas projects.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in Oil & Gas, offshore experience, ADNOC project exposure, and PM/PMC proficiency across FEED and EPC phases. This full-time position anchors Worley’s delivery in the UAE market.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
15+ years of Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry experience.
ADNOC project experience is required.
Offshore project experience is required.
PMC experience is required.
FEED & EPC phases experience is required.

Responsibilities

Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
Identify, evaluate and resolve Project Management issues during early work and FEED phases.
Identify, evaluate and resolve electrical engineering issues.
Coordinate with the EPC/FEED Contractor and Owner on all matters.
Review and approve contractor deliverables and key design documents.
Attend technical meetings with Owner, Licensor, Contractor and Vendors.
