Job summary

wowJobs Middle East is hiring a Senior leader to head contracts for our Abu Dhabi data center portfolio. You will shape contract strategy, lead administration, and ensure alignment with EPC/engineering-led projects across the region.

The role requires deep experience in contracts management, strong knowledge of FIDIC/NEC frameworks, and a track record in data center or large-scale development environments. Engineering background preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in contracts management — EPC/construction/engineering-led projects.
• Data center experience strongly preferred.
• Background from a Developer, EPC Contractor, or PMC.
• Strong command of FIDIC/NEC contract frameworks.
• Engineering degree preferred; QS/Contracts qualification a plus.
