Damac Properties is seeking a Contracts Administrator in Dubai to oversee contract administration, procurement processes, and lifecycle management across data center projects. The role emphasizes reviewing and maintaining contract documentation, with collaboration across Contracts, Procurement, Project Management and Engineering teams.

The candidate should have 10–12 years of experience and a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a QS background, enabling effective risk identification and compliance

Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement processes and lifecycle management.
• Experience with reviewing and maintaining contract documentation and deliverables.
• Understanding of construction contracts, tender processes and supplier management.

Responsabilités

• Review, manage and maintain contract documentation, correspondence, records and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Procurement, Project Management and Engineering teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple contract and procurement activities across data center projects.
• Identify contractual risks and support timely resolution.
• Exercise negotiation, communication and stakeholder management to ensure compliance with terms.
• Interpret contractual terms and commercial requirements to align with project procedures.
