• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations to resolve contractual issues.
• Identify risks, obligations, liabilities and negotiate favorable terms.
• Contribute to standard templates, clauses and negotiation frameworks for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate contract records and governance across accounts.
