• Background from a Developer, EPC Contractor, or PMC.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract strategy and administration across regional data center portfolio.
• Drive adherence to FIDIC/NEC frameworks and minimize risk.
• Provide senior leadership in negotiation, briefing, and governance.
