Job summary

ADNOC is seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement leader to supervise tendering, contract administration, and related governance. You will guide the development of procurement strategies, assess contract requirements, and ensure compliant execution across the full lifecycle of tenders and amendments.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement of policies and procedures, with a focus on UAE standards and ADNOC’s corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline preferably in Management.
• 10+ years of related experience in Contracts Management and Administration, preferably in Oil & Gas, including 5 years in a senior supervisory role.
• Professional qualifications like CIPS, RICS, PMI are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of accurate Statement of Requirements to determine technical adequacy and review end-user requirements.
• Oversee the full procurement process, tendering, evaluations, amendments, and variations.
• Provide guidance on negotiation strategies, amendments, and contract finalization with stakeholders.
