Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to oversee centralized contract development across all projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will manage complex, high‑value contracts and coordinate with finance, legal and end users to deliver timely agreements.

The role covers tender planning, bid evaluation, negotiations, and closeout support with emphasis on standard terms, risk mitigation and adherence to Delegation of Authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 8+ years experience in contracts development for oil and gas.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, tendering and contract law.
• Experience with contract variations and claims management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Letters of Award and contract documents through coordination with End User and Finance teams.
• Review and endorse standard correspondence related to contract issuance, signature, and distributions.
• Oversee contract documentation consolidation from tender bulletins, bid submissions, and clarifications into the final contract.
• Coordinate with End User and Legal for contract deviations, approvals and conformity with company procedures.
• Manage variation orders and claims, evaluating contractual obligations and advising on settlements.
