ADNOC in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced contracts professional to lead centralized contract development for all works and services, ensuring complete, compliant documents and timely execution across the tender life cycle.

You will guide bid planning, negotiations, evaluation, and closeout; coordinate with Finance and Legal; manage variations and claims; and oversee the LOA/contract issuance and SAP registration under ADNOC delegation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years in contracts development and administration in oil/gas.
• Knowledge of regulations and legal guidelines.
• Experience in conflict avoidance and contract dispute resolution.

Responsabilités

• Develop contracting activities plan for each tender.
• Review contracting strategies and tender procedures.
• Prepare Letters of Award and manage contract signatures in SAP.
• Support variations/claims management and contract closeout.
