Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Contract & Tendering Specialist to manage Drilling Services commitments, determine contract models, and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and regulatory requirements across exploration and development programs.

You will build business cases, lead tender strategies, assess bidder competency, conduct technical and commercial evaluations, and negotiate contract claims and variations with Procurement and Legal.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in drilling technology, equipment/products and methods.
• Experience on well site and financial, tendering/contracting and cost engineering systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify need for tendering and build business cases.
• Prepare tender package, review RFT for clarity.
• Lead technical & commercial evaluations and negotiations.
• Review contractor performance and manage contract changes.
• Coordinate with HSE, QA/QC and legal teams.
• Ensure contract compliance and close-out.
