Job summary

ADNOC is seeking an experienced contracts professional to oversee centralized contract development for diverse company needs in Abu Dhabi. The role involves planning tender activities, coordinating with Finance and Legal, and ensuring accurate contract documents from technical to legal perspectives.

You will participate in bid openings, review bids, and support negotiations, with accountability for project closeouts and variation management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 8+ years of experience in contracts development and administration in oil/gas.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes and contract strategies.
• Knowledge of regulations, legal guidelines and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop contracting activities plan for each tender in line with requirements.
• Prepare and issue Letters of Award and manage contract documents through signature process.
• Conduct techno‑commercial evaluation of bids and recommend contractors.
• Support contract interpretation and closeout advisory services for end users.
