Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Project EHS Manager in Dubai to develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs for large-scale renewable energy projects (solar PV and onshore wind). You will lead risk assessments, safety plans, and incident investigations, coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure top safety performance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and NEBOSH IGC, with 15+ years in construction EHS leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical/civil/mechanical engineering; NEBOSH IGC certification mandatory.
Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in a management position for construction occupational health, hygiene and safety management (EHS Head).
Experience leading HSE management for large-scale renewable energy projects (solar PV or onshore wind).

Responsibilities

Provide direction and leadership for occupational health, hygiene, safety, and environmental functions for the renewable project.
Design, develop and manage implementation of safety, health, quality and environment management systems.
Lead incident investigations and safety training across project sites.
Coordinate with clients, contractors and stakeholders to uphold a strong safety culture.
Supervise site safety teams and oversee civil, electrical and mechanical works.
