Job summary

Khatib & Alami seeks an experienced Contract Manager to lead pre-contract and post-contract activities for luxury residential buildings, villas, and premium developments in Dubai/UAE. The role requires a consultancy background with expertise in tenders, procurement, variations, claims, and final accounts.

Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE practices is essential, with MRICS or equivalent certification highly preferred.

Qualifications

12+ years of contracts/commercial management experience.
Strong Dubai/UAE project experience mandatory.
Experience with luxury residential buildings, villas, high-rise developments.
Proficiency in pre-contract and post-contract activities including tendering, procurement, and final accounts.
Excellent knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-contract and tender activities for luxury projects, prepare and review tender documents and contractual requirements.
Manage full contract administration from award to completion, including variations, claims, EOT, and final accounts.
Advise on contract strategy, procurement, and commercial risks; review contractor/subcontractor tenders.
Monitor costs, risks, and contractual compliance; maintain documentation and records.
