Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in contracts management within construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
• Strong experience in post-contract administration, claims management, and variation assessments.
• Excellent knowledge of contract drafting and standard contract forms.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in contract management and project documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer various contract agreements.
• Manage post-contract activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Review and evaluate claims, variations, extensions of time, and contractual disputes.
• Provide contractual advice and risk assessments to project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams on contract-related matters.
• Monitor project performance against contractual requirements and recommend corrective actions.
• Support contract close-out activities and final account settlements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procurement procedures, and industry regulations.
