Job summary

Dubai Holding's real estate division seeks a Contract Manager to lead procurement, budgeting and cost control across complex Dubai projects. You will coordinate with civil and MEP teams, manage tenders, and ensure financial integrity.

The role requires 4–6 years in contract management, strong FIDIC knowledge, and Primavera P6 proficiency. You’ll draft contracts, negotiate terms, and monitor risk to deliver best value.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in contract management, cost control and quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract law and procurement practices.
• Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budget estimates and order-of-magnitude costs for planning decisions.
• Manage procurement, issue inquiries, and prepare bid summaries.
• Provide contractual and procurement guidance aligning with policies.
• Monitor costs during design and execution to ensure budget adherence.
• Conduct cost analysis for new, repair and maintenance works.
• Coordinate with civil/MEP teams to evaluate materials and costs.
• Perform risk analysis and mitigation to optimize project outcomes.
• Manage tendering, contractor selection and procurement for best value.
• Review BOQs, contractor bills, variations and claims for cost control.
• Manage contract administration, payments and reporting.
