• Design and implement Agentforce-powered AI agents for customer service and sales workflows.

Your role

As a Senior Consultant you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes deliverables and contribute to the proposal development client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

Solution Design & Architecture

• Define and document end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Data Cloud Agentforce and custom applications.
• Design scalable and secure data models ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices.
• Develop integration strategies using APIs middleware and ETL tools for seamless connectivity with external systems.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance to development teams on Salesforce configuration customization and coding standards.
• Review and approve technical designs ensuring adherence to architectural principles and performance benchmarks.
• Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and limitations.

Data Management

• Design data migration strategies including data cleansing transformation and loading.
• Implement data governance security and compliance measures.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Leverage Data Cloud for unified customer profiles identity resolution and real-time segmentation to enable personalized experiences.

AI & Automation (Agentforce)

• Design and implement Agentforce-powered AI agents for customer service sales and operational workflows.
• Integrate AI-driven automation into Salesforce processes to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy standards.

Integration Expertise

• Architect integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs Platform Events and external connectors.
• Ensure robust error handling monitoring and logging for integrations.
• Work with middleware platforms for complex integrations.

Performance & Scalability

Conduct performance tuning and optimization for Salesforce applications.
