Surge is expanding its Crypto team and seeks experienced recruitment leaders to own their desk, lead senior client relationships, and grow internationally from our Dubai office. You’ll partner with crypto-native and Web3-first businesses across blockchain engineering, DeFi, data, and security to solve international hiring challenges.

Whether you’re a top-billing Principal Consultant or a Senior Consultant ready to scale accounts, you’ll have autonomy, clear progression, and a visible impact.

• Experience managing international or remote-first hiring projects
• Success across multiple crypto or technical sectors
