Surge Group in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Consultant to own a desk within our rapidly expanding crypto, AI, and tech recruitment practice. You will build your own client base, manage end-to-end recruitment, and work directly with senior leadership to shape desk strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in crypto, AI, or tech recruitment.
• Experience on a 360/180 desk.
• Strong billing track record.
• Ability to win and grow accounts from day one.

Responsibilities

• Work with Director and Head of Crypto to shape desk strategy, set targets, and drive growth.
• Operate as a 360 or 180 recruiter from BD to placement, or focus on candidate delivery.
• Build and manage your client portfolio across crypto, AI and tech, while growing existing accounts.
• Lead candidate and contractor mapping across hubs including US, MENA, and Europe.
• Advise clients on international hiring, including contractor and EOR options.
• Drive business development, negotiations, and account growth, including new markets.
