Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking an accomplished Chief Projects Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership across its project portfolio in Dubai. You will drive multi-project delivery, optimize performance, and ensure governance, risk, and profitability across contracts and regional teams.

The role requires a strong track record in civil construction, senior leadership, and UAE/GCC experience, with a focus on delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning through execution and final handover.
• Drive project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee project financial performance, profitability, cost control, cash flow, and commercial risk management.
• Establish project governance frameworks, KPIs, reporting systems, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Optimize resource allocation across projects, including manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Manage key relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and develop project directors, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
