Job summary

Talents Tide in Dubai is seeking a Head of Capital Projects Section to lead all capital and construction projects from planning to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution with high quality. You will develop standard project management processes, supervise contractors, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align with the Authority's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Strategic Project Planning.
Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to lead planning and execution of high-impact programs and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Prepare and follow up the section's annual operational plan, define projects and budgets.
Oversee capital project implementation per approved time, cost, and quality standards.
Develop and apply standard project management processes (planning, scheduling, cost analysis).
Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality; recommend improvements as needed.
Coordinate with teams to obtain licenses and permits; ensure timely progress.
Review variation orders and claims with finance and technical teams.
Provide guidance to section staff and support development and targets.
