Talents Tide is recruiting a Director – Projects Delivery for a leading Dubai-based organization. The role focuses on planning and delivering major real estate, construction and infrastructure projects with a strong civil engineering and construction management background.

Responsibilities include setting strategies, budgets, and schedules; managing consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams; and providing senior management with progress, financials and risk updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related.
• Extensive senior-level experience in project management and real estate development.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale and complex projects in UAE/GCC.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major real estate, construction and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project strategies, budgets, timelines and delivery plans.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, PM teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review designs, construction progress, submissions and milestones.
• Manage contracts, procurement, variations, claims and commercial matters.
• Establish governance, reporting and project controls across the portfolio.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams with effective stakeholder coordination.
• Provide senior management with progress updates, risks and financial performance.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and best practices across delivery.

Director – Projects Delivery

Talents Tide is seeking an experienced Director – Projects on behalf of a leading Dubai-based organization.

We are looking for a senior projects and construction professional with a strong background in civil engineering, real estate development, construction and large-scale project delivery to lead the planning and execution of major projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of major real estate, construction and infrastructure projects from planning and design through completion.
• Develop project strategies, budgets, timelines and delivery plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, project management teams and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Review designs, construction progress, technical submissions and project milestones.
• Manage contracts, procurement processes, variations, claims and commercial matters in coordination with relevant teams.
• Establish effective governance, reporting and project controls across the portfolio.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams and ensure effective stakeholder coordination.
• Provide senior management with regular updates on project progress, risks, financial performance and key decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and best practices across project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Extensive senior-level experience in project management, construction and/or real estate development.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale and complex projects in the UAE or wider GCC.
• Strong knowledge of construction, project controls, contracts, cost management and risk management.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
• Must be a UAEN
