Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a Director of Asset Management and Logistics Affairs in Dubai to lead all capital and construction projects from planning through delivery. You will ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality targets and align with strategic objectives.

The role requires guiding policy inputs, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and implementing robust project controls across the Authority’s assets and offices. Strong leadership and risk mitigation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Strategic Project Planning.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to lead planning and execution of high-impact programs and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to apply sector-related knowledge and develop enabling strategies and policy inputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital and construction projects from planning stage through delivery.
• Develop and apply standard project management processes and procedures.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality; recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with teams to obtain licenses and permits and avoid delays.
• Manage quality control and assurance systems in accordance with requirements.
• Review variation orders and assess their impact with financial/technical teams.
