Fletcher Piccolo Associates (FPA) is seeking experienced Project Directors to oversee large-scale GCC construction projects. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top safety and quality standards in line with UAE regulations and client expectations.

Responsibilities include guiding end-to-end planning, aligning client objectives with contractor goals, and leading cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and timely completion.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 20 years of relevant construction experience, GCC-focused.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as Project Director for a Main Contractor.
• Minimum of 2 projects completed as Project Director.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end project planning, execution and delivery to meet client objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients, consultants and regulators.

We are currently hiring multiple experienced Project Directors to join some of the leading Main Contractors across the GCC, who are each currently undertaking multiple large-scale construction projects.

The successful candidates for these positions will have proven experience within all elements of a construction project, with a hands‑on approach to their work.

The Project Director will oversee the successful delivery of large-scale building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards in line with UAE regulations and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end‑to‑end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment between client objectives and the contractor's strategic goals.
• Lead and integrate multidisciplinary teams, building collaboration with clients, consultants, and government bodies to drive project efficiency and timely completion.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, and schedules, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks to safeguard profitability and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience within the construction industry, with a strong background in large-scale projects in the GCC.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience working as a Project Director for a Main Contractor.
• Minimum of 2 projects completed in a Project Director capacity.
