Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of construction industry experience.
• 3–5 years in a Project Manager role.
• UAE contracting experience mandatory; Dubai project experience advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of planning, cost control, procurement, contract administration, risk management and project execution.
• High-rise project experience preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.

# Project ManagerWe are seeking a Project Manager with 10–15 years of construction experience, including 3–5 years in a Project Manager role. Candidates must have UAE contracting experience, strong project delivery capabilities, and experience managing stakeholders, budgets, schedules, quality, and subcontractors.
