Job summary

JobLeader in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead multiple projects from planning through delivery. You will develop plans, budgets and schedules, coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors, and drive safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering degree, 5+ years in construction management, and proficiency with project management software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop project plans and schedules, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor progress of construction activities and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.
Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
Hire and supervise contractors and subcontractors as needed.
