Job summary

Findr DXB ( Dream Jobs HR Consultant LLC ) invites an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-rise projects in Dubai. You will oversee design, tendering, procurement, construction and handover while coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree with 10+ years in UAE, and proven capability with FIDIC contracts, MS Project, Primavera and Aconex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of UAE construction experience, including interiors and civil works.
• Experience with high-rise residential and commercial towers in UAE is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including FIDIC.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera and Aconex.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, budgets, schedules and work plans; establish planning, governance and reporting systems.
• Lead the complete project lifecycle from design through closeout.
• Manage consultants, main/sub-contractors, suppliers and resources; ensure performance and contractual obligations.
• Review designs, cost estimates and value-engineering proposals to deliver compliant, buildable solutions.
• Coordinate approvals, permits and authority submissions for timely clearances.
• Administer contracts, monitor variations, claims, and change orders, with focus on risk avoidance.
• Lead site execution with regular site visits, progress monitoring and coordination of teams.
