Job summary

Euro Mechanical in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead on a major EPC project in a live brownfield environment. You will own multidiscipline construction across Mechanical, Piping, Structural and E&I, coordinating between engineering, procurement and the Client team.

With 15+ years in oil and gas EPC, including 3+ years in a Construction Manager role, you will drive safety, quality and on-time delivery, managing subcontractors, shutdowns and SIMOPS while reporting

Qualifications

• 15+ years oil & gas EPC construction experience.
• 3+ years as Construction Manager.
• Strong brownfield and live-plant background.
• Proven shutdowns, tie-ins and SIMOPS experience.
• Led multidiscipline teams (Mechanical, Piping, Structural, E&I).
• Solid subcontractor and site manpower management skills.
• Knowledge of PTW, HSE, QA/QC, completions and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidiscipline construction across Mechanical, Piping, Structural and E&I.
• Plan and deliver shutdowns, tie-ins and SIMOPS in a live plant.
• Manage subcontractors and site manpower to meet schedule and quality.
• Coordinate materials and IFC drawings with engineering and procurement.
• Prepare recovery plans when progress is at risk.
• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work, HSE and QA/QC.
• Lead mechanical completion and handover to Client.
• Report construction progress to Client and PMC.
