Job summary

Wood Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Superintendent – Electrical & Instrument for Abu Dhabi. You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate disciplines, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards for high-profile clients in the energy sector.

The role requires a degree and extensive Oil & Gas project experience (major capital projects > USD 500M), strong leadership, excellent communication, and willingness to travel for

Qualifications

• Degree with a minimum of 20 years Oil and Gas industry experience, including at least 5 years on major capital projects (> USD 500 M) with Construction Management and Site Management focus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for construction and contractor related deliverables.
• Supervises all areas on small projects and / or a subset / discipline on larger projects.
• Responsible for management and execution of multiple field disciplines or a subset of assigned construction project(s) in accordance with the contract and company policies.
• Execution of the work in accordance with quality standards and requirements specified for the project.
• Manage and control project cost and schedule of assigned disciplines / subset of on-site construction.
