Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Science, or related field.
10–25 years of relevant experience in construction/civil projects.
Experience in construction project management, planning, and scheduling.
Construction/contracting industry experience required.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage teams, stakeholders, project schedules, conflicts, and deadlines.
Ability to develop and manage project schedules, programs, activities, and deliverables.
Ability to coordinate and monitor the work of multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of construction processes, standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Ability to identify issues, resolve conflicts, and implement effective solutions.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to represent the organization professionally when dealing with clients, consultants, government authorities, and other external stakeholders.
Ability to manage complaints, disputes, grievances, and project-related conflicts.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning tools.
