Job summary

Metac in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior project leader to oversee high-rise residential developments from on-site coordination to delivery. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, align with safety and quality standards, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering/construction degree, brings 15+ UAE contracting years, and can independently manage execution and site operations with a deep understanding of construction

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant engineering or construction field.
• 15 years of UAE contracting experience preferred.
• Experience managing high-rise residential building projects.
• Ability to independently coordinate and deliver project execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, coordination, site management, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee high-rise residential project delivery on site.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
