Job summary

Europe Emirates Group is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Senior Company Formation Specialist in Dubai to drive UAE corporate services sales. The role demands a proven track record in forming Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore companies and consistently meeting targets.

You will advise clients on optimal business setups, convert leads, and manage the full sales cycle while cross-selling residency visas, accounting, tax and banking services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of UAE corporate services sales experience.
• Strong expertise in Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore company formation.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the most appropriate UAE business setup solutions.
• Convert qualified, marketing-generated leads into successful company formations.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial consultation through to closing.
• Build and maintain valuable, long-term client relationships.
• Cross-sell services including residency visas, accounting, tax, banking assistance and other corporate solutions.
• Represent Europe Emirates Group with professionalism, credibility and integrity.
