Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field (community management, property management, customer service).
• Good knowledge of Facility Management, Community Operations, and Landscape Maintenance.
• Experience in project coordination, contract management, and vendor performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings to represent owners and tenant concerns, ensuring inquiries and complaints are communicated and addressed promptly.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints from owners/tenants in a timely manner, maintaining customer service standards.
• Investigate customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues through appropriate processes.
• Educate owners/tenants about community rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
