Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to lead PMC and Contractor commissioning teams on large-scale oil & gas projects in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure commissioning feasibility from FEED through EPC, drive safety, and deliver production targets on schedule and within budget.

The role requires a minimum of 15–20 years in mega projects, FEED/EPC experience, offshore background, and strong leadership in high-hazard environments. UAE nationals considered for residency programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of experience in mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• FEED/EPC project experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring safe execution.
• Direct and supervise commissioning teams across PMC and contractors.
• Review procedures, manage handover documentation and maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and drive timely project delivery.
