Job summary

Worley is recruiting a Commissioning Manager for our Abu Dhabi UAE operations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and extensive offshore commissioning experience in the oil & gas sector.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive safe execution, and ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, mentoring, and excellent English communication are essential as you coordinate with local and international stakeholders to advance our low-carbon energy

Qualifications

• Experience leading commissioning efforts in oil & gas.
• Experience in a similar role on offshore projects.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and develop tactical plans to implement organizational goals.
• Oversee design of new concepts and ideas for projects.
• Lead offshore construction/commissioning strategy for installation and hook-up activities.
• Manage offshore installation commissioning and HUC teams.
• Prepare and implement Project Execution Plan.
• Implement project safety and environmental protection.
• Assist Project Managers with budgeting, cost controlling, forecasting and activity planning.
