Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Commissioning Lead in Abu Dhabi to guide PMC and contractor commissioning teams through FEED to EPC completion, ensuring readiness, safety, and delivery on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical, with 5+ years in a leadership role on major projects and GCC/ADNOC exposure; bachelor’s in engineering is required. The role is based on-site in Abu Dhabi, offering a critical leadership position in a large-scale energy project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 15+ years of Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• 5+ years in a similar leadership role on major projects (GCC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to PMC and Contractor commissioning teams.
• Direct pre-commissioning and commissioning activities through EPC.
• Ensure HSE compliance and safe commissioning.
• Coordinate with PMT/PMC and ensure handover documentation.
