Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced Commissioning Lead to guide PMC and contractor teams from FEED through EPC, ensuring commissioning feasibility and safe delivery of complex oil, gas and petrochemical projects.

You will oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, supervise conditions, review handover documentation, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure HSE compliance across multiple sites and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 20+ years in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical.
• 15+ years in similar mega Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Minimum offshore project experience.
• FEED/EPC project experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to PMC and Contractor commissioning teams from FEED to EPC.
• Carry out pre-commissioning and commissioning activities ensuring safety.
• Plan and supervise all commissioning activities and tests.
• Review handover documentation and spare parts.
• Manage commissioning teams across functions and external contractors.
• Ensure HSE requirements are adhered to.
