Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Dubai is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team on newly awarded UAE projects across several sectors. You will handle post-contract commercial management, cost control and reporting.

Candidates should hold a Quantity Surveying degree, have 5+ years post-degree experience, and be familiar with CostX or similar software. Fluent English writing and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in high-rise office or residential sectors.
• Consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
• Knowledge of CostX or similar QS software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Post-contract commercial management including re-measurement, interim and final accounts, cost reports, variations, contractor claims, provisional sums, prime costs and bonds management.
• Attend design and commercial meetings and manage contractor relations.
