Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or commercial management.
• Proven experience in measurements, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Experience on multidisciplinary engineering projects; UAE/GCC familiarity preferred.
• MRICS or related certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and specs.
• Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, rate analysis, and cost plans.
• Prepare tender documentation and commercial submissions.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and identify variances.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, cash-flow forecasts, and management reports.
• Coordinate with project teams on commercial matters.
