Job summary

Strategic Growth Partners (SGP) seeks an experienced program leader to manage government contracting accounts across a global portfolio. You will serve as the primary client contact, shape structured outlines and responses, and oversee the end-to-end delivery pipeline.

The role requires directing writers and analysts, ensuring high-quality government-facing narratives, and navigating federal procurement processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client relationships in government contracting.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local procurement processes.
• Ability to structure and architect written responses and technical narratives.
• Experience directing writers, analysts, and contract resources toward quality standards.
• Strong written communication for government-facing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and account lead for an assigned book of accounts.
• Convert qualified opportunities into structured outlines and response approaches.
• Direct the day-to-day work of production analysts, technical writers, and 1099 contractors.
• Own the intake-to-delivery pipeline, including shred review, architecture, and packaging.
• Partner with BD leads to qualify sourced opportunities and move them through the pipeline.
• Maintain templates and format standards to ensure consistent production across accounts.
• Partner with the President on final review and close of client deliverables.
