Job summary

Strategic Growth Partners (SGP) seeks an experienced program leader to manage government contracting accounts across a global portfolio. You will serve as the primary client contact, shape structured outlines and responses, and oversee the end-to-end delivery pipeline.

The role requires directing writers and analysts, ensuring high-quality government-facing narratives, and navigating federal procurement processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience leading client relationships in government contracting.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local procurement processes.
• Ability to structure and architect written responses and technical narratives.
• Experience directing writers, analysts, and contract resources toward quality standards.
• Strong written communication for government-facing deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in non-traditional or emerging-technology business development
• Familiarity with distributed or offshore production support models
• Existing relationships within defense or federal civilian agencies
