Remotedxb seeks a senior leader to align capabilities with client mission needs, develop key relationships, and drive growth across capture and proposal life-cycles. The role requires Top Secret clearance and a track record of leading mission-focused teams.

Candidate should bring 10+ years of leadership, strategic development, and federal proposal experience, with local proximity to DC-area operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of leadership experience.
• In-depth leadership experience supporting programs at CA.
• Proven experience driving culture change and leading mission-focused teams.
• Strong strategic development and implementation experience.
• Experience with federal proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Interface with CA to align GDIT capabilities and strengths to meet mission needs.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
• Strengthen alignment of GDIT organizational capabilities to client needs.
• Participate in all phases of the capture and growth life-cycle, including reviews and proposal development.
