Job summary

LOEWE is seeking a Senior Client Advisor in Dubai to deliver exceptional service and drive sales goals. You will greet, listen, advise, and exceed client expectations while showcasing product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships and maintaining brand standards.

You will support merchandising, inventory, and back-of-house tasks, while mentoring new joiners and participating in team efforts to achieve store objectives.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer experience and exceed expectations.
• Cross-sell and upsell using product knowledge.
• Develop and grow client book with clienteling.
• Support inventory, merchandising and back-of-house tasks.
• Mentor new joiners and buddy system.
• Maintain grooming and behavior standards.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve individual and team objectives, and support sales results.
• Greet, listen, assist, advise, and exceed client expectations.
• Highlight product categories through strong product knowledge to cross sell.
• Develop long-lasting client relationships and grow the client book.
• Lead and demonstrate clienteling, using all tools to recruit new clients.
• Collaborate as a team and contribute to store objectives.
• Participate in visual merchandising per LOEWE standards.
• Maintain products and inventory; front and back of house.
• Follow LOEWE grooming and behavior standards; mentor new joiners.
