Job summary

Inches and Feet Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. The role requires a strong foundation in civil engineering, a track record of managing multi-million dollar projects, and a focus on cost control and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with 5+ years of relevant experience, and PMP certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
5+ years of demonstrated experience in civil project management, infrastructure or commercial projects.
PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects with focus on cost control and quality.
DM License required or preferred in Dubai.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans meeting client specs and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance; address issues promptly.
Prepare detailed project documentation including contracts, budgets, and progress reports for stakeholders.
Coordinate with client and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and smooth communication.
