Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of major civil infrastructure projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate schedules and budgets, and ensure timely handovers.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a PE license preferred, and have 7–10 years of progressive project management experience delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• PE license or equivalent international certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Job description

Oversee the entire lifecycle of civil engineering projects from initial planning and design to construction and final handover ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and effectively.

Develop and manage detailed project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.

Lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring clear communication and task delegation.

Liaise effectively with clients stakeholders regulatory bodies and contractors to manage expectations resolve conflicts and ensure project compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.

Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification is highly preferred.

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
