Job summary

Inches and Feet Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. The role requires a strong foundation in civil engineering, a track record of managing multi-million dollar projects, and a focus on cost control and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with 5+ years of relevant experience, and PMP certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in civil project management, infrastructure or commercial projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects with focus on cost control and quality.
• DM License required or preferred in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans meeting client specs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance; address issues promptly.
• Prepare detailed project documentation including contracts, budgets, and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with client and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and smooth communication.
