Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of major civil infrastructure projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate schedules and budgets, and ensure timely handovers.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a PE license preferred, and have 7–10 years of progressive project management experience delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• PE license or equivalent international certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of civil engineering projects from planning to handover.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules budgets and resource plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure clear communication and delegation.
• Liaise with clients regulators and contractors to manage expectations and ensure compliance.
